Aligned Beginnings: 3-6 Months
Boost baby’s coordination and core strength through guided floor play that builds month to month. Lay the groundwork for crawling and confident movement patterns that support long-term development.
Baby has good range of motion in the neck, torso, arms, and hips.
Baby can easily rest arms in front of their body in all positions (tummy, back, side). This can be inhibited when their torso is too straight or arched.
Baby can bring toes to mouth or face, passively or with help, without tension.
Feeding is efficient and comfortable—if not, baby should be under the care of a feeding therapist. > Consider feeding support if baby has persistent reflux, colic, constipation, irregular bowel movements, or ongoing irritability.
You’ve completed Module 1 (0–3 Months), or baby is showing good midline control, body symmetry, and tension is minimal.
Baby tolerates floor time in multiple positions without distress.
If baby shows head asymmetries tightness, neck asymmetries, or struggles with digestion, we highly encourage returning to Module 1, regardless of age.
